Reflection for Freshman

Pros:

1, Good to let students think about the stems of words
2, To change a style of class depending on their atmosphere
3, To give chances to use dictionary
4, phonics teaching, apart from the way of teaching

Cons:
1, Bad to make good relationships between students who are not good at studying English
2 ,few chances to speak English
3, Reading English, not making, thinking English
4, No care about the level in classes
5, no pair, no group
6, no challenge
7, can't effectively and efficiently give translations and feelings of understanding
